Regional HR Director Highly responsible role and excellent career opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead team of 10-12 HR Managers within fast moving retail environment. Reporting to the Head of HR, you should have proven track record of achieving results through leadership and project management within autonomous role. Knowledge or experience of change management essential
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Of degree calibre, ideally with a HR or business qualification. - Minimum of 5 years within HR - Minimum 2 years experience of management in an HR field or support role - Multi-site experience in the service*retail sector - The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, at all levels and with all disciplines within the business. - Well-developed presentation skills with both large and small groups. - Strong analytical skills, enabling robust problem solving and decision making. - The ability to make decisions and plan to meet immediate business challenges but also to implement 2-5 year strategic plans - The ability to challenge and influence across all disciplines and at all levels. - Track record in developing others to achieve objectives through teamwork and effective leadership. - The ability to lead by inspiring and motivating teams to achieve results with conviction, ethics and integrity. - Broad commercial awareness of the retail and economic environment in which the business operates. - Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
Locations: Midlands
Salary £40-60000 per annum, car , 25 days holiday + many more benefits
